I have not posted here for a while, since I have been mainly occupied with making ships, but stumbled across this video today and had to post about it to let others know. It's from eight years ago, but I suspect that many others will be like me and never have seen it.
"You can even smell the haggis in it." Superb.
I have ordered a can in each colour.
A cinematic gem.
ReplyDeleteThere are many who try, some are able to do it really well.
DeleteI could a small can of that paint!
ReplyDeleteThe smaller the tin the smaller scale figures you’ll be able to paint.
DeleteChris
It naturally scales with the size of the brush, surely?
DeleteIf only it was that easy. I hope the shipbuilding is going well James, and I'll look forward to a few photos of that in due course.
ReplyDeleteAh, but you live for the challenge Lawrence! :)
DeleteUnfortunately it doesn't come in McDougall.
ReplyDelete😂
DeleteShould be able to blend a couple of tins to make it?!
Just the thing for Wellington's Scots regiments
ReplyDeleteIsn't it. Mind you, even if such a thing were possible, I think that I'd stick to attempting them from 'scratch'.
DeleteIts what we used to send aprentices out to get, that and stripey paint!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
And a left-handed screw driver to open the tin with?
